Our staff works together as a team, each carrying out our individual roles while simultaneously supporting the others' efforts. Plus, we've worked together for years and have no plans to go elsewhere. Countless hours have been dedicated to continuing education, and keeping up-to-date on new techniques and products to provide state-of-the-art treatment for our patients. Each clinical assistant is a Registered Dental Assistant, having completed and maintained certificates in Radiology, Infection Control, Jurisprudence and CPR.
Maria – Front Desk
Maria works with patients on scheduling appointments and web site management. She joined Dr. Neat in 2009.
Barb – Scheduling, Financial and Insurance Coordinator
Barb has over 25 years experience in the ortho/health science field and has been with Dr. Neat since 2001. She handles scheduling, insurance and financial duties.
Debbie – Assistant
Debbie is a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA). She began her career in orthodontics in 1974. She has been working with Dr. Neat since 1994.
Mesa- Assistant
Mesa is a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA). She began her career in general dentisty in 1987 and in orthodontics in 1992. She has been with Dr. Neat since 2000.
Sandy- Assistant
Sandy is a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA). She began her career in orthodontics in 1979. She has been with Dr. Neat since 1994.
Jammie- Assistant
Jammie is a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA). She has been with Dr. Neat since 2009.
Michelle – Treatment Coordinator
Michelle is a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA). She has been with Dr. Neat since 1998. As treatment coordinator she works with new patients and relays Dr. Neat's specific treatment options for each individual case.
Angie- Sterilization
Angie joined Dr. Neat in 2009 with ten years of medical administrative experience. Her primary responsibilty is sterilzation technician.
